The most common cause is a typo in the SSID or password, or an encryption type mismatch. Special characters (quotes, semicolons, commas) are escaped automatically, but double-check that the values match exactly what's configured on the router. On iOS, ensure you are running iOS 11 or later; on Android, use the built-in camera app on Android 9 or later.
